It's the end of the month and I've finally started dropping from my mid month goal.
Breakfast: Corn Dog, applesauce (medicine)
Drink: Water
Lunch: 6 pretzel bites
Drink: Monster Lo-Carb (capped 3svngs)
Dinner: Chicken, mashed potatoes, salad, applesauce (medicine), broccoli
Drink: Lactose Free Milk
Snack: 6 pretzel bites
Drink: raspberry lemonade
