What Does it Mean?

I'm not in the best of shape. I'm lumpy; I want to change that. I want to lose 100 pounds. It might be a bit much, but I'm going to try this in 100 days.
I think I've passed this mark. Going for March as my goal, now.

Not too sure why. Maybe late night snack (it was 10pm)

breakfast: 2 small pieces of buffalo chicken with blue cheese, applesauce(medicine)
drink 4oz glass of milk

snack: wheat thins and laughing cow cheese

Dinner: a scoop of mashed potatoes, caeasar salad, a piece of chicken, applesauce(medicine)
Drink: small glass of lactose free milk

Snack:
Drink: Monster AZ

Snack: *movie
small bowl of organic nachos with cheese, organic salsa, and sour cream
