What Does it Mean?

I'm not in the best of shape. I'm lumpy; I want to change that. I want to lose 100 pounds. It might be a bit much, but I'm going to try this in 100 days.
I think I've passed this mark. Going for March as my goal, now.

Breakfast: chicken patty wrapped in a tortilla, ranch wheat thins with chive and onion cream cheese, applesauce (medicine)
Drink: Green Tea

dinner: mac n cheese with kilbasa, applesauce (medicine)
drink: 4oz mtn dew

snack
drink: monster az

snack: 1 1/2 tortilla 1/4 pumpkin muffin
drink d'nd hot cocoa
