Indigestion. :(
I'm gonna try not going over 1700 cal a day.
Breakfast: Sandwich, applesauce
Drink: Water
Lunch: 1/2 chicken caesar wrap from red robin. 1/2 bowl of chicken tortilla soup. 1 melon wedge.
Drink: Diet coke.
Snack: Popcorn
Drink: Monster AZ
Dinner: a piece of ham, a slice of carrot, and a slice of potato. Applesauce (medicine)
drink: Water
I had the rest of my sandwich at the end of the day.
