2012 has arrived and during the holidays I have gained weight :( I tried to avoid this but I guess it couldn't be helped. Though I guess the eating out binge didn't help.
I'm starting the new year at 200.8, leaving me with 50 pounds to lose.
I'm going to be traveling for a few weeks in March so I won't be updating my weight for those 2 weeks but I'll probably be doing a lot of walking. We're going to the Gulf and we're going to Disneyland! Also we're going to visit some abandoned towns down there. Maybe check out Six Flags New Orleans.
Breakfast: Sandwich, applesauce (medicine), popcorn

Lunch: smart choice alfredo

Dinner: Turkey, applesauce (medicine), stuffing, cranberry sauce, bread
