What Does it Mean?

I'm not in the best of shape. I'm lumpy; I want to change that. I want to lose 100 pounds. It might be a bit much, but I'm going to try this in 100 days.
I think I've passed this mark. Going for March as my goal, now.

New Month

Starting the month off at 218 on the dot. Goal for this month is 210 but losing any weight, even if not 8 pounds, is a plus for me.

My neck is still hurting from yesterday. Hoping it'll get better on it's own soon. It hurts mostly when I bend over to get something.

Snack - Clementine
Drink - Green Tea

Breakfast - Leftover Spaghetti with butter and cheese
Drink - Milk

Snack - 2 spoonfulls of light vanilla ice cream in a cone to get rid of leftover cones.
