What Does it Mean?

I'm not in the best of shape. I'm lumpy; I want to change that. I want to lose 100 pounds. It might be a bit much, but I'm going to try this in 100 days.
I think I've passed this mark. Going for March as my goal, now.

Breakfast: Sandwich, applesauce (medicine)
Drink: monster AZ

Snack: some nachos and some cheezits


Dinner: Spaghetti with chicken parm, applesauce (medicine)
Drink: lactose free milk

21st

I forgot to post because we went out shopping but I gained weight.

199.7 I think. I didn't check for sure but I had gained 1.1 pounds since the last weigh in on the wii fit.

Breafkast: salad at chick fil a
Drink: diet lemonade (about half of a regular sized drink)

Lunch: Strips of bologna and cheese with applesauce (medicine)
Drink: Monster AZ

Dinner: 3 small slices of pizza, applesauce (medicine)
Drink: lactose free milk

Snack: Spicy cheezits. I had more than I should have, though.
Drink: Diet pepsi
