What Does it Mean?

I'm not in the best of shape. I'm lumpy; I want to change that. I want to lose 100 pounds. It might be a bit much, but I'm going to try this in 100 days.
I think I've passed this mark. Going for March as my goal, now.

Titles are hard

217.8 today. Woo! back down to what I was at the start of the month! I haven't made progress but at least I no longer have negative progress.

Didn't do much today. Played minecraft, explored caves that mysteriously dug themselves overnight, built a giant bridge. Didn't go swimming, looked like it was gonna rain. Of course, it didn't....

I've noticed that I've been forgetting to take my second pill for my medicine so I've decided to start pre-crushing them before dinner. I'll crush one for lunch, and eat it, and crush the dinner one after that.

Breakfast: Turkey dog on white bread (no rolls)
Drink: Monster AZ

Snack
Drink : Green Tea

Lunch: turkey, turkey salami, cheese sandwich, popcorn
Drink: Green tea (from snack)

Snack: applesauce (medicine)
Drink: Green Tea

Dinner (which didn't happen until 9pm) - small piece of steak, salad, cranberry sauce, applesauce (medicine)
Drink - Green Tea
