What Does it Mean?

I'm not in the best of shape. I'm lumpy; I want to change that. I want to lose 100 pounds. It might be a bit much, but I'm going to try this in 100 days.
I think I've passed this mark. Going for March as my goal, now.

Today: I didn't weigh in this morning but I weighed in after lunch which was 199.8

Breakfast: Chicken patty with fat free miracle whip, applesauce (medicine)
Drink: monster

Lunch: Chinese food that I shared with my boyfriend. Some General Chicken, a crab rangoon, stir fry with broccoli, and rice.
DrinK: Monster import light

Dinner: Beans and sausage, applesauce (medicine)
Drink: lactose free milk

Snack:

Hung out with a friend I hadn't seen in a long time so I forgot to post among other things.

Breakfast: Chicken sandwich, applesauce (med)

Lunch: frosted toast crunch in lactose free milk

Dinner: Cold cut combo on Italian bread with honey mustard
Drink: water

Snack: Popcorn
