Dinner was a piece of chicken breast, breaded in shake in bake or panko bread crumbs. One of those. A bowl of applesauce for my medicine (because I can't swallow), a scoop of instant mashed potatoes, and a bowl of salad with some feta and italian dressing. (the kind you make yourself).
Followed that up about three hours later with a mixed bowl of special k crackers (about half a serving) and four cheese cheezits (one serving). I realized that cheezits aren't so bad as far as calories and sugar go (what I mainly have to look out for).
Topped that off with a clementine and diet green tea with citrus.
